Orphaned hypothes.is anontations

In a recent musing, I detailed the way my bad site design had created a bunch of truly "orphaned" Hypothes.is annotations, ones that no longer referred to any page. This page serves as a gathering place for those annotations.

Technical readers can determine how I achieved that goal.
