Of course, great accomplishments come with costs. The proposed changes to Grinnell High School will cost $8 million. However, an enormously successful funrasing drive raised $3.8 million from, bringing the bond issue to an affordable $4.2 million. Thus, the bond issue is a bargain for the Grinnell community.
