Seth Coster - I am a junior at Grinnell High School. I am 16 years of age, and I enjoy many things, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, for instance. I'm a very avid paintball player (I always wear a mask) and I am also very involved with swimming. The 100 yard butterfly is my best race. I have my own web site, but the ranting section in it can get a little out of hand... So I don't think I'm going to give out the URL for it.
Peter Sullivan - I am also a junior at GHS. I am an active member of the concert band and jazz band, which are two groups that would greatly benefit from having an accoustically-sound performance venue. All concerts are currently in our aging gymnasium that does not create a place where our music ensembles can sound their best. Furthermore, when GHS hosts musical contests, our facitities are one of the weakest in the conference.
I am also quite interested in the sciences, and the current lab spaces for chemistry and physics classes are sadly inadequate. I would also benefit from a PC computer lab. I plan on entering engineering, a PC-intensive working environment, but I have always used Macs and have had little experience using PCs.
Nate Wright-Simmons - I am a senior at Grinnell High School. I'm planning on majoring in Economics at college. I have not yet chosen the school I wish to attend, but have quite a few in mind, including Grinnell. My extra-curricular activities include: Cross Country, Soccer, Jazz band, Concert band, and being Field Commander of the GHS Marching Band. If I would start to get any more indepth with the activities I like, this could become a sappy "single and looking" (although I'm not) paragraph. So be content with the useless information you have already obtained. Bon Soir.
