This file gives an overview of what to find in the group1 folder.

The group1 folder contains the code for the Creatures Project for CSC323 Spring 2010. The members of the group are: Nora, Terian, Josh, and Jordan

File Heading and Standards:
We should try to make all our code look the same. As such, put comments inside each method and put the following comment at the top of every file:

Design choices/notes:

*No infinite grid. We will use a private expand grid method
    *New cells in the expanded grid will be initialized to dead

*We are eliminating state: the default and assumed state of anything except species type dead is alive

*The null character (None), will be used for cells outside of the grid
    
MULTIDIMENSIONAL ARRAYS 

To create an x by y array filled with 0's:
x = 5
y = 3
matrix = [[0 for i in range(x)] for j in range(y)]
