HW 1: Getting started with Ruby

  1. Do the Codecademy Ruby Tutorial.

  2. Do the first set of Ruby exercises from the MOOC.

  3. Put your solutions in a directory titled username-hw01, substituting you own username for username.

  4. Email me a tarball of that diretory in a message entitled “CSC 321.01 2017F, HW 1: Intro Ruby (Name)”. Please replace “Name” with your name and do not include the quotation marks.

If you don’t know how to make a tarball, search online.
