Summary: We continue our project by discussing various important issues, particularly our plans for the remaining weeks of the semester.

Planning

We need to consider what needs to be done when in order to complete the project.
Important Dates:
- 25-28 November: Thanksgiving Break
- Tuesday, 16 November: ???
- Tuesday, 23 November: ???
- Tuesday, 30 November: Final integration and testing
- Friday, 3 December: Practice and Plan Presentations
- Monday, 6 December: Presentation
UI Tasks:
- Finish player user interface.
- Finish world-builder user interface.
- Write 'store world to file' and 'read world from file'
- Write stub world for testing
World Tasks:
- Add capability to map names to objects
- Implement verbs
Network Tasks:
- Figure out bidirectionality and different kinds of messages
- Implement the important parts of the World interface
- Store configuration data in a text file so that you need not recompile each time
Player Tasks:
- Build more kinds of simulated people.
General Tasks:
- Enter information about the world
- Integrate (and learn CVS to ease integration)
- Test test test!

Questions

We begin with questions from each group and from Sam to the whole project team.
- How do the AI people know that it's time to do something?
We will also have some questions from Sam to each group (using their code to grade the questions).

Verbs

We continue by going through the various lists of verbs to decide on an initial set.

Setup and Cleanup

There are at least two primary kinds of setup that happen in the system:
- The initial setup that happens when the server is started.
- The setup that happens when a client is started.
We also have one alternative kind of setup
- The setup that happens when we run the "standalone" version.
What steps should be involved in each of these cases?
