Hard Work is Not Just Its Own Reward

I know that many of you are frustrated by the amount of effort and time that you're putting into 151. We often claim that hard work should be its own reward. However, I belive that you deserve a little more. Hence, I will give a B- to anyone who meets the following requirements.

• Has attended regularly up until now. (Please contact me if you're not sure whether or not you fall into this category.)
• Attends all remaining classes. (If you're really sick or encounter problems, please let me know in advance or as soon as possible after class.)
• Takes exam 3 and the final exam.
• Does all remaining homeworks.
• Shows serious effort on all remaining work.
• Ends up with a 60 or higher average in the course. (Extremely likely if all other conditions are met.)

Note that I am not changing my standard grading scale. I'm simply saying that I'm willing to compress the lower end of the scale for those who are putting in significant effort.
